Registation Terms

I. General Term

Please read the Included and Excluded . Dainamtravel has no responsibility to pay Excluded.

II. Payment

Please, fill full personal imformation and 50% deposit. The remaining amount must be pay before departure 5 working day by :
- Cash at company office 49 Trung Kinh Street, Trung Hoa Dictrict, Hanoi.

- Bank: : Foreign Trade Bank – Branch: Hanoi
Payment is completed when Dainamtravel get enough Tour Price before departure date or according to Contract. Any Cancellation is not Dainamtravel responsibility because of late payment.
Please drop content : name , tour , departure date if your payment is payment.

III. Cancellation and fee

  1. Cancellation by Dainamtravel :
If  Dainamtravel can not operate the tour , we will inform at least 3 days before departure date and refund 100% valude.
  1. Cacellation by Clients:
  • Cancelling before 30 – 25 days : 30% tour.
  • • Cancelling before 25 – 15 days : 50% tour
  • • Cancelling before 14 - 10 days : 70% tour
  • • Cancelling before 15 days : 30% tour
  • • For later cancellations : 100% tour.
Cancellation must be informed directly to Dainamtravel or Fax, Email. Call is not accept
  1. Cacellation by Company:
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us for any reason prior to your payment of the full price of the trip. In this case, we will refund in full any amount that you have already paid us. After you have paid in full, we will only cancel the contract if circumstances beyond our control make it unavoidable. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, civil or political unrest, terrorism, natural disaster, or other force majeure circumstance. In the unlikely event that such circumstances arise, we will contact you immediately and offer you the choice of equivalent services. No additional compensation will be paid over and above the total sum received from you. – Cancellation Terms are not for Holiday.

IV. Baggage

Clients are limited to one soft sports type bag per person with a maximum weight of 10 kilograms. This does not include photographic equipment and one overnight personal holder. 11.2 Due to the rugged terrain, the Company cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of any personal items including bags, contents of bags or photographic and related equipment.

V. Children Ticket

Under 2 years old : free
From 2 – 9 years old: 75% tour package
Note : + Price is not included : tax, single room.

VI. Other Requirement.

The other requirement must be inform to Dainamtravel when booking, we try the best to adapt to.

VII. HOTEL

Hotel is provided twin, double or triple if necessary. Booking hotel depends on the package tour and confirm before departure. Dainamtravel has no responsibility for paying extra requirements in hotel.

VIII. TRANSPORTATION

Depend on the package tour ( 4-7-15-25-35-45 seats ) , Bus will be arrange all the tour. With Train, Plain or Public transportation, maybe change departure time, We will confirm early as possible. Dainamtravel has no responsibility for damage due to late departure by Public Transportation or own Clients.

IX. RECEIVING DETIALED TOUR

Before booking, please read detailed tour carefully includes itinerary, the price included and excluded terms. Clients can register directly or representative book and pay tickets at office and branch of Dainamtravel.
